It was while studying for MA at the University of Mumbai that Vidya Balan got her first offer in films. Vidya Balan has also been trained in carnatic music and has also studied and performed at Prithvi Theatre Workshops. Vidya comes across as a God fearing girl who wishes to give credit of her success with her family and friends.
